Four people have been taken to hospital following a serious crash in Suffolk on Saturday night.
Two Ford Focuses collided on the A1071 at Hintlesham, just outside Ipswich, at around 11.30pm.
It's believed that eight people were inside the two vehicles when the crash happened.
Four ambulance crews were sent to the scene.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman confirmed that a woman was taken to Abbenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge with a serious pelvis injury, while a man with head injuries was taken to Colchester General Hospital.
Two other people, a man and a woman, were taken to Ipswich Hospital as a “precautionary measure”.
The road was shut overnight following the incident, but reopened at 8am on Sunday morning.
