Police are investigating after a woman was forced into a taxi, driven to a rural location and raped.
The 19-year-old left Flex nightclub in Bury St Edmunds at 3am on April 21 and reported three men made her get into the taxi on St Andrew’s Street.
She was driven to a building in a rural location between Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury and raped.
She left the property on foot and contacted the police.
Three men were arrested in connection with the rape but later released.
The woman is being supported by specialist trained officers, as detectives continue to make extensive enquiries into the incident, including forensic and CCTV work.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
