Coast and canals: Scenic walks with your dog in the Eastern Counties

The Norfolk coast and the Grand Union Canal are the latest locations in the Tails and Trails series.

The latest two episodes of Tails and Trails - the ITV News Anglia series of countryside walks take in the stunning Norfolk coast and the Grand Union Canal.

The Norfolk coast is a popular walking location with or without dogs.

ITV News Anglia reporter Natalie Gray was in her beloved North Norfolk with her tiny terrier Wilf.

She was on the trail of a much bigger beast - the demon dog Black Shuck who inspired one of the most famous books of all time.

ITV News Anglia presenter Russell Hookey was out in Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire with his dog Jack where they met some interesting characters along the way.

They began their day with a waterside walk along the Grand Union Canal at Stoke Bruerne between Northampton and Milton Keynes.
