Thousands of runners have been pounding the streets of Norwich in sweltering conditions to take part in a 10km race through the city.
Around 7,000 people of all abilities tackle the course on Sunday morning - all with their own reasons for being there and doing their best.
It's the fourth year that the event has been held.
Spectators lined the streets to cheer their loved ones home to the finish line.
The race was won by Nick Earl from City of Norwich Athletics Club, while Ash Harrell and James Senior were second and third respectively.
