The latest in our series looking at the regions waterways and tonight, Britain's largest protected wetlands.
Or as we all know them, The Norfolk and Suffolk Broads. Now a National Park, it's the third largest inland waterway and home to some of the rarest plants and animals in the country.
The Broads Authority has looked after it for nearly thirty years but back in 1979 Anglia made a programme that painted a very bleak picture for the Broads 'Now and Then'.
