Volunteers help clear the region's beaches

Volunteers will be on dozens of beaches including Cromer, Felixstowe and Clacton this weekend for the annual Great British Beach Clean.

The Marine Conservation Society has organised events across the East to clear beaches of litter.

The annual clean has been held for the last 24 years - and across the country this year more than 7,000 people have registered to take part.
