A man who stabbed his ex-lover to death after she left him to give her marriage another try has been jailed for life.
Jilted lover jailed for life
Labourer Martin Bunch stabbed Jeanette Goodwin more than thirty times at her home in Southend because he couldn't accept that she wanted to give her marriage another try.
But tonight Mrs Goodwin's family said she would be alive today if the threats of violence had been taken more seriously and if Bunch hadn't been freed after cutting off his electronic tag. Natalie Gray reports.
