Two men from Essex have been charged with the murder of a man at a party in Chelmsford.
Anton Jardin, 39, from Rayleigh in Essex, was found dead in the garden of a house in London Road.
Sam Martin, 25, from Fairfax Drive in Westcliff, and Clint Spearpoint, 34, from Rayleigh, will appear before Chelmsford magistrates today.
Police investigating the death of a man at a party in Chelmsford on Sunday have been granted an extra 24 hours to question two men.
Police arrested ten men in connection with Mr Jardin's death.
A 25-year-old from Westcliff and a 34-year-old from Rayleigh remain in custody while the other eight men arrested were released on bail today.
Three men, aged 29, 25 and 23, have been bailed to September 19, and five more, aged 35, 28, 29, 27 and 27, have been bailed to September 26.
Police have named the man who died at a party in Chelmsford on Sunday.
He was Anton Jardin, 39, from Eastwood Road, Rayleigh. His family said:
"Anton was our loving and caring son, brother and uncle. He was a talented artist and graphic designer, full of enthusiasm for life.
"He loved fitness and sport, including running the London Marathon in 2010 in aid of a local children's hospice. He enjoyed travelling, especially a trip to Australia.
"We are devastated at losing him, words cannot express our loss; there is a hole in our lives which cannot be filled. He was be sorely missed by friends and family.”
Ten men remain in police custody as investigations into Mr Jardin's death continue.
