A man has died and another has been seriously injured in a skydiving accident in Cambridgeshire.

A man remains in Addenbrooke's hospital in Cambridge tonight after a skydiving accident which claimed the life of a fellow parachutist.

The skydiver who died after a mid-air collision with another parachutist near Peterborough was one of the country's leading wine merchants.
Patrick Sandeman, 53, is thought to have collided with another man about 50 feet above the ground, causing his parachute to collapse.
Mr Sandeman, from London, was a partner with the fine wine merchant Lea & Sandeman.
The other skydiver is believed to be a 28-year-old Frenchman. He's in a serious but stable condition at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
