Carlisle calls for Serbia ban
Cobblers defender Clarke Carlisle has called for tough sanctions to be placed on Serbian football following alleged racist chanting during last months U21 match against England.
Carlisle said:
– Clarke CarlisleI don't think there's any escaping the fact that there was racial abuse there, because I saw and heard that myself. That has to be sanctioned against.
A ban is the only way. It's a repeat offence.
