Family say they were fobbed off by hospital after blunder

The family of a woman who died in hospital after being given FIFTY times the correct dose of insulin claim they're being fobbed off because she was elderly. Joan Payne was 84 when she died a day after being admittted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

An inquest found that while the mistake DID happen, it didn't cause Joan's death as she was already so ill - but her family say the hospital should compensate for the blunder. Watch Natalie Gray's report.
