Deprived area facing further cuts
The communities secretary Eric Pickles has announced the government's local authority spending in England for next year.
One of our region's most deprived areas - Great Yarmouth in Norfolk - is the hardest hit, while Uttlesford in Essex gets the biggest funding increase in the region.
