Bravery medal refused

A second world war veteran from Norfolk is fighting a Government decision which means he cannot accept a Russian medal for his courage.

Roy Francis from Forncett St Mary is one of 3000 British servicemen who sailed on Arctic convoys.

The Government has said those who took part will finally get their own campaign medal - but that the Russian medals break British rules.
