Three-quarters of Norfolk schools closed in the snow
305 schools in Norfolk have decided to close on Friday following overnight snow. More snow is forecast later.

First school closure in Northamptonshire
St Luke's Church of England Primary School in Northampton has decided to close early because of the snow forecast. It will close at 1pm as a precaution.

Schools closed in Suffolk
By 7.30am there were 28 schools in Suffolk closed due to the snow and wintry weather. Others have decided to open but will close early around lunchtime.

200 schools closed in Norfolk
For the third day in a row dozens of Norfolk schools are closed because of the wintry weather. By 6.50am 200 schools were reported shut after further snow overnight and more forecast today.
