Grieving aunt's call for law change

A vicar from Essex says she will continue campaigning for a change to UK driving laws, almost seven years after her niece was killed by a driver who was practically blind in one eye.

The Rev Brenda Gutberlet backs plans to take unfit drivers off the road more quickly.

The changes have been proposed following the death of teenager Cassie McCord, who was knocked down by an elderly man in Colchester in 2011.
