A man who went missing from his home in Bedfordshire has been found dead.
Mark Sturthers, who was 56, went missing last week from Flitton near Bedford. He drove off in the family car which was later found abandoned.
A spokesman for Bedfordshire Police said: "Unfortunately, a body was discovered yesterday in Warren Wood. The case has now been handed over to the Coroner."
Detective Inspector Vicki Evans from Bedfordshire Police has appealed for help in the search of a man who has been missing from his home for three days.
56-year-old Mark Struthers from Flitton near Bedford drove off in the family car which was later found abandoned.
Police say he left without any money and didn't take his mobile phone. They are now concerned for his safety.
