Just over a year ago Caroline Shearer's 17-year-old son, Jay Whiston, was stabbed to death at a house party in Colchester.

Since then she's launched a charity which aims to rid the streets of knife violence.

Today her 'Only Cowards Carry' charity launched a new schools programme, designed to educate children on the consequences of carrying knives.
