Two men from the Anglia region are nearing the end of an ambitious challenge to visit all 92 English league clubs in as many hours.

Darren Young from Langley in Norfolk and Simon Cox from Wellingborough in Northamptonshire set off on the 2,600 mile challenge to raise funds for the Forces charity Help for Heroes.

They set off from Wembley on Friday with friends Mark Burns and Mike Peters and are due back at the London stadium as England kick off against Poland tonight.

Fundraisers bid to visit Football League grounds

Norwich City goalkeeper John Ruddy is a well-known supporter of the Help for Heroes charity, having come from a military family.

And a former serviceman from Norfolk is part of a team bidding to visit all ninety-two league grounds between England playing tonight and on Tuesday.

Darren Young from Langley in Norfolk and Simon Cox from Wellingborough in Northamptonshire are raising funds for the Forces charity Help for Heroes.

They'll set off from Wembley after watching tonight's game against Montenegro. They hope to finish the 2,600 mile trip in time for Tuesday's qualifier against Poland.
