A Norfolk school, deemed to be failing by inspectors, is fighting attempts to turn it into an academy.
Cavell Primary, in Norwich, was rated inadequate by Ofsted in March. Now the school says officials at the county council are trying to force it to become an academy.
The school says it is already making rapid improvements by working with other schools in the area, but the authority does not agree.
It has placed its governors with an interim board.
Rob Anthony, the former chair of governors, explains the situation.
