A convicted killer serving life in prison for the murder of his ex-girlfriend in Suffolk, has taken his case to the highest court in the land.
Kevin Nunn was found guilty in 2006 of killing Dawn Walker whose body was discovered on a river bank near Bury St Edmunds.
He's been fighting his conviction and is now seeking permission to re-test forensic evidence from the original trial, a move opposed by Dawn's family.

Kevin Nunn was sentenced to life for the murder of Dawn Walker in 2005. Nunn's family want evidence from his trial released, so it can be re-examined.
