A woman from Peterborough, who suffers from Motor Neurone Disease, has been chosen as the face of a national poster campaign to raise awareness of the condition.

A young woman from Peterborough who has Motor Neurone Disease says she's giving something back to the charity which has helped her -by becoming the face of it's latest campaign.

Charlotte Fletcher who's 29, is appearing on posters at railway stations across the country to try and raise awareness of the crippling condition which is always fatal.
