According to the National Farmers' Union, the theft of things like tools, machinery and livestock cost farmers in the East almost £9.5 million pounds last year - an increase of more than 14%.
Organised gangs are targeting expensive machinery in our region. Millions of pounds worth is being stolen every year.
More machinery is taken in Cambridgeshire than any other county - largely because transport links make it easy to get stolen items to the east coast ports.
