Remarkable figures show the huge differences in the number of motorists caught speeding in the Anglia region.
In Essex and Norfolk there has been a big increase in those breaking the law yet in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, there have been significant reductions in the amount of drivers being prosecuted.
In Norfolk the number of people caught speeding is up 32% to more than 51,000. It's also up in Essex by 30% to more than 74,000.
However the figures fell in Suffolk by 30% and by almost a half in Cambridgeshire.

There's been a steep rise in the number of drivers caught speeding in Essex and Norfolk while in other counties the figures are declining.
It's raised questions about how different police forces deal with the offence.
- Norfolk - speeding offences up 32%

- Suffolk - down 30%
- Cambridgeshire - down 46%
There has been some criticism from drivers that speed cameras are just a way of making money from fines and speed awareness courses.
Iain Temperton, Norfolk's Casualty Reduction Officer, says speed awareness course are a valuable way of refreshing drivers' skills many years after they have taken their tests.
