An MP from Northamptonshire is leading a campaign to crack down on employment agencies which are exploiting workers.
Andy Sawford, who represents Corby, is working with Revenue and Customs investigators to make sure that agencies don't break the rules and pay workers what they are owed.
Two agencies in Corby have already paid out thousands of pounds.
The new MP for Corby has made his maiden speech in the House of Commons.
Andy Sawford was elected last week in the byelection caused by the resignation of former conservative MP Louise Mensch.
