Anorexia patient says her recovery should give hope to others

A student from Cambridgeshire, whose weight plummeted to just under five stone as she battled anorexia, is hoping her recovery will help others with the condition.

Beth Hall, 24, from Oakington, would go for three or four days at a time with no food.

She became so thin she could wear clothes meant for nine-year-old girls.

She wants to tell others there is hope.

New research which shows more young people are visiting websites which glamorise eating disorders

A study by experts at University Campus Suffolk found that thousands of teenage girls are becoming involved in dangerous and competitive dieting because of the proliferation of so-called pro anorexia websites. Watch Alistair Nelson's report.
