Police in Barbados say that a woman from Suffolk shot alongside her husband while on holiday there has been released from hospital.
Cruise passengers Ann Prior, 59, and her 72-year-old husband Philip, were robbed during a stopover in the capital Bridgetown.
Mr Prior was hit on his left side and his wife, whose handbag was stolen in the attack on Sunday, was shot in her right thigh. The couple from Bedfield near Framlingham were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
Inspector David Welch of Royal Barbados Police said: "The gentleman, Mr Prior, is resting and is comfortable. He is in good spirits. We have two suspects in custody at this time assisting us with our investigation."
The couple were on a three-month cruise around the Caribbean and South America.

The couple were attacked as they returned to their cruise ship. They are being treated in hospital where they are in a comfortable condition. Two men have been arrested.
