Eleven people are being assessed by medical teams following a chemical scare in Essex.
It's the second time in two weeks the Essex County Council building in The Crescent, Colchester, has been affected by a chemical incident.
A council spokeswoman said: "We can confirm Essex House has been evacuated today following reports of employees feeling unwell.
"Emergency services are on the scene and responsible for leading initial investigations into this incident. We are aware of 11 staff members are being assessed."

We recognise this is the second incident that has occurred at Essex House in the last month and would like to reiterate that the health and safety of our staff is paramount at all times.
It is understood that the building will remain closed for 48 hours while investigations continue.
Essex Police established a cordon around an Essex County Council building in Colchester today following reports of a strange smell in the area and people feeling unwell.
The fire service has been unable to identify any hazardous material.
The East of England Ambulance Service has not been able to identify any particular cause or reason for these people becoming unwell.
In total 29 people were assessed at the scene and then went home, while three were taken to hospital for further assessment.
Cordons are now being lifted.Discussions will now be held with the Health Protection Agency.

Emergency services are continuing to work down at the scene of an incident in Colchester that has left a number of people who were working in council offices in a building in The Crescent feeling ill.
The Ambulance Service have set up an assessment centre nearby and 25 people were checked over at the scene but did not require further treatment and four people have taken themselves directly to Hospital with sore throats and sickness.
The Essex County Council building in The Crescent has been evacuated and a 400m cordon has been established affecting various roads including The Crescent and Clough Road.
