Norwich City Chief Executive David McNally has stressed the club's determination to combat any racism against its players. His comments on Twitter came after a Swansea fan was arrested for allegedly making a racist gesture at Sebastien Bassong.
Norwich city Chief Executive David McNally has taken to Twitter to deny reports that Norwich City have received a bid of £4 million from West Ham for their want-away striker Grant Holt.
The striker reaffirmed last week that he wanted to the leave the club, with his agent claiming he wanted a three-year contract, but that Norwich were only prepared to offer a two year deal.
On Twitter yesterday, McNally wrote: "Just for the record, we have not received a £4m bid for Grant from West Ham as apparently is being suggested".
