A man's been arrested after two men were killed and a third injured in an explosion on an industrial unit in Hertfordshire.
The blast happened at 4.40 yesterday afternoon at Plumpton Road in Hoddesdon near Roydon.
A man in his 30s and another in his 40s died from their injuries at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford. They were from Wood Green in London.
Hertfordshire Police said a man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence.
A third victim, who is in his 20s, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow but has since been discharged.
Police said the arrested man is a 40-year-old from Hoddesdon. He is also being questioned on suspicion of health and safety offences.
Police are appealing for help to trace a man wanted in connection with a shooting in Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire.
19 year old Quey Williams from Essex, is wanted by police who are investigating the incident which occurred in Sainsbury's car park in Brewery Road on the evening of Thursday October 31st.
Two shots were fired at a pick-up truck causing the windscreen to smash. Another pick-up then left the scene and was later found abandoned on the A10 near Hoddesdon.
The family of a teenager who died when the car she was travelling in hit a deer have paid tribute to "a true star in their lives".
Eighteen-year-old Daniela Ruggiero, from Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire, was killed in the crash on the A10 yesterday.
Today her family said: “Daniela was a very special and much loved daughter, sister, grand-daughter, niece, cousin and friend.
“She will be greatly missed by everyone who was touched by her greatness. She was born to dance, and is now dancing with the angels. A true star in our lives.”
A 17-year-old, who was in the same car as Daniela, also died as a result of the crash which took place on the northbound carriageway between Ware and the A120 Puckeridge exit.
The girls' Citroen C1 hit a deer and another car then collided with them.
Daniela's family is keen to trace a woman, called Diane, who was driving a Mercedes and helped the teenager's mother and auntie yesterday.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted in Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire.
It happened at about 5.30pm on Friday.
A woman in her 20s was walking along the canal tow path of the New River Path on Essex Road when she was approached by a man who grabbed her and touched her inappropriately.
As she tried to get away she was struck by the man, cutting her lip.
He's described as black, in his late 20s, with short, curly, black hair with flecks of grey in. He is about 5ft 9in tall and was wearing a red short-sleeved t-shirt with a rounded neck, blue jeans with flecks of white on them and a black belt with a silver buckle.
He spoke with a Jamaican accent.
A1170 High Street in Hoddesdon is closed in both directions because of an accident near Woodlands Close.
