'Boat bike' adventurer continues his tour of the world

A man from Holland who is travelling the world in a 'boat bike' will set off from Suffolk this morning. Ebrahim Hemmatnia is attempting to travel around the globe in the same vehicle. The carbon fibre vessel is pedal powered and can be used on land and in water.

The adventurer sailed from Holland to Lowestoft Haven Marina this weekend. He will leave at 8am to continue his 800-day tour.

A man from Holland who is travelling the world in a 'boat bike' has arrived in Suffolk. Ebrahim Hemmatnia is attempting to travel around the globe in the same vehicle. The carbon fibre vessel is pedal powered and can be used on land and in water.

The adventurer sailed from Holland at 6.30am yesterday morning to embark on the 800-day tour. He arrived at Lowestoft Haven Marina at 4am this morning and will be setting off again in a few days.
