The Grade 1 Listed building on Water Street which dates from the 14th century, with it's wooden beams and herringbone brickwork, is also thought to have hosted King Henry the Seventh and even held a prince and princess captive!
But it's the starring role in Harry Potter which has brought it most fame.Owners Jan and Tony Ranzetta who've lived at De Vere House for the last 23 years say they now want to downsize - so the property is looking for a new owner.
