A campaign has begun to persuade Channel 5 to drop a rumoured £100,000 offer to Justin Lee Collins to appear in Celebrity Big Brother.
In October the comedian was convicted of harassing his ex-girlfriend Anna Larke, from Hitchin in Hertfordshire, and sentenced to 140 hours of community service.
Channel 5 said today that they can't confirm the celebrity line-up before the programme is broadcast.
