One of the world's biggest airliners is opening its hangar doors in Norwich to budding engineers of the future.

KLM UK, which operates flights from Norwich Airport to European destinations, is holding its annual Apprentices Day as it opens for the process of recruiting new trainee mechanics.

More than 100 young job-seekers are expected to descend on the aero firm to hear more about their flagship four-year training programme, which includes both theory work and hands-on learning.
