The parents of the country's youngest organ donor have told ITV's Good Morning Britain they did not think twice about their decision.
Hope, who was a twin, was just 74 minutes old when she died last week.
Her kidneys were donated to an adult patient while cells from her liver have been frozen to help treat people waiting for transplants.
The tiny girl was born with anencephaly - a rare condition that prevented her skull from developing properly.
Her mother Emma Lee said they did not want her to have died in vain.

Pat Smith from Warboys in Cambridgeshire is supporting ITV's From The Heart campaign to encourage organ donation after her life was saved by an emergency liver transplant.
Pat was taken ill on holiday and on her return was told her liver was dying and that she needed a transplant within days.
Pat told ITV News Anglia: "At the time of receiving my liver I didn't feel comfortable thinking too much about the donor or the donor's family. Of course I'm thinking if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here now but it's such an emotional ride.
"It's such a thing to get your head around that someone had to die to give you life. I will be having a very healthy lifestyle for my donor and I will be looking after their liver."
