A pedestrian has been killed on the outskirts of Dereham in Norfolk.
Police believe a man in his 30s from the Dereham area was hit by two cars near the Tavern Lane slip road on the A47 towards Norwich.
It happened in the early hours of the morning. A silver peugeot 307 and a black Audi A4 were involved. Police are keen to speak to witnesses.
A man has been arrested following the death of William Phillips.
Mr Phillips, 34, died after he was involved in an altercation on Wednesday 18 July with a male cyclist near to the doctor's surgery on Oak Street in Norwich.
Mr Phillips received initial treatment at the surgery, and was subsequently taken to hospital.
He was found dead at his home on Friday 20 July by his mother. A forensic post mortem has been carried out but further tests will be carried out before the cause of death is fully established.
A 22-year-old man from Norwich has today been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in police custody awaiting questioning.
