The Princess Royal will visit the Norfolk Broads today.
Princess Anne will be taking part in the Heritage Day celebrations at Potter Heigham marking the 60th anniversary of the death of Broads boating holidays pioneer Herbert Woods.
She will also visit the How Hill Trust at Ludham, HMP Bure at Scottow, and the YMCA Norfolk site at Trowse, near Norwich.
Princess Anne visited Northamptonshire Police’s new Criminal Justice Centre today.The Princess Royal toured the site in Pavilion Drive, Northampton, and visited the custody suite, charge room and intoximeter room.
Princess Anne was also introduced to officers and staff working at the centre, including representatives from the public protection, intelligence, and criminal investigation departments.The visit closed with the unveiling of a plaque to commemorate The Princess Royal’s visit.
Princess Anne will be in the region on Tuesday 30 October to visit the Scott Polar Research Institute in Cambridge.
She is scheduled to tour the Polar Museum, which her father Prince Philip visited several times while he was Chancellor of Cambridge University. She will also open the Samuel Ward Academy's sports centre in Haverhill in Suffolk.
