The Mid Norfolk MP George Freeman has been given his first ministerial job as Minister for Life Sciences jointly in the Department for Health and Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
Mr Freeman worked in the biomedical field before becoming an MP in 2010.
In 2011 he was appointed Government Adviser on Life Sciences to the then Universities & Science Minister David Willetts.
The Witham MP Priti Patel has been appointed to a junior Treasury minister as Exchequer Secretary in the Prime Minister's reshuffle.
It's the first government job for the Essex MP who was first elected in 2010.
Ms Patel worked a press officer for a William Hague when he was Conservative leader. Before that she worked for the anti-EU Referendum Party.
Priti Patel's parents used to run a rural post office in Norfolk.
South West Norfolk MP Elizabeth Truss has today been appointed Secretary of State for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs.
Elizabeth Truss, Environment Secretary said:
“I am delighted to be appointed as Environment Secretary. I look forward to tackling the important issues facing our rural communities including championing British food, protecting people from flooding and improving the environment.
“I have greatly enjoyed my role at the Department for Education and would like to thank the excellent team there for all their hard work. I look forward to working with the team at Defra.”
The Hemel Hempstead MP Mike Penning has been appointed a Home Office minister while the Grantham & Stamford MP Nick Boles is now the joint Minister of State at the Business and Education departments.
Mr Boles will have the implementation of equal marriage as part of his new brief. He was the junior minister in the Communities and Local Government minister.
Mr Penning was the Minister for Disabled People and has been a Northern Ireland minister and a Transport minister. He is a former firefighter.
The West Suffolk MP Matt Hancock is to attend Cabinet as Business Minister was a result of David Cameron's reshuffle.
Mr Hancock, who was an aide to George Osborne before he was elected MP in 2010, is the new Minister of State for Business, Enterprise and Energy. He's also been appointed the Minister of State for Portsmouth.

The South Cambridgeshire MP Andrew Lansley has missed out on a job as Britain's EU Commissioner.
The former Health Secretary was widely tipped for the role and was the bookie's favourite but Lord Hill has been nominated by the Prime Minister.
It's not yet known what position Mr Lansley will get or if he's leaving government after his current job as Leader of the House of Commons was given to former Foreign Secretary William Hague.
Lord Hill is to be the Prime Minister’s nomination for European Commissioner.
Schools minister and South West Norfolk Liz Truss was the second female MP to arrive at Downing Street on Tuesday morning as the Prime Minister's reshuffle continues.
She was be promoted to the Cabinet after just four years an MP and is the Environment Secretary.
Ms Truss followed Women's minister Nicky Morgan who replaced Michael Gove as Education Secretary.
David Cameron is expected to promote women in this government reshuffle following criticism of the lack of female talent as ministers.
Education minister and South West Norfolk MP Liz Truss is tipped for high office and possibly a place around the Cabinet table as the new Environment Secretary.
There could be jobs too for South Northamptonshire MP Andrea Leadsom, the Witham MP Priti Patel and the Suffolk Coastal MP Therese Coffey.
All three were elected as MPs in the 2010 General Election.
