West Mersea medal winer Saskia Clark says she has mixed feelings over her Olympic achievement.
The sailor said she is still disappointed not to have won the gold, but is sure the achievement of winning silver will sink in soon.

Essex sailor Saskia Clark lost out on the fight for Olympic gold in the medal race of the women's 470 class today.

Essex sailor Saskia Clark has won a Silver medal in the Olympic sailing women's 470 class at Weymouth for Team GB.
Saskia, from West Mersea and partner Hannah Mills were tied in first place with New Zealand before they went into the race.
The race had been hampered by low winds, and a poor start by the British pair meant they were never able to catch eventual Gold medal winning New Zealand.
