We are a nation that does like to be beside the seaside and the good news is that it's good for us. Researchers have found that people living less than a kilometer from the sea are more likely to say they are in good health than people living inland.
The study was carried out by researchers at the University of Exeter who looked at data from 48 million people in England from the 2001 census.
