A man from Norfolk's been jailed for raping a woman he met online in her own home.
35-year-old Dave Wilby was sentenced to 12 years in prison at Norwich Crown Court today (14 October).
The attack happened at the victim's home in Swaffham in December 2015.
She met Wilby on the Plenty of Fish dating website, where he described himself as a "nice, honest decent guy”.
After she refused to go for a drink with him, he came to her house announced and pushed his way inside. He then raped then her in the lounge.
Wilby left after he was disturbed by one of the woman’s children, who had been upstairs.

There are concerns that elderly people in the Anglia region are facing a crisis of loneliness.
According to the charity Age UK, almost one million people over 75 do not know their nearest neighbours.
The same number haven't spoken to anyone for a month and almost half say that the TV is their main source of company.
In July even the Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt spoke of the UK having an "epidemic" of loneliness.

Around 50 firefighters from all over Norfolk were called to a fire at a chip shop in Swaffham on Saturday.
The blaze in Mr Chips on the Market Place was reported at 8.45am.
Nine fire engines were sent to the scene and roads in the area had to be closed while crews put out the flames.
No-one was hurt. It's thought the fire began in a fryer.
