Text Santa appeal: Help the Hospices

It's Text Santa night on ITV and all this week we've been telling you about the charities to benefit from our annual Christmas appeal.

We've featured reports on Age UK, Barnardo's, Beat Bullying, the British Heart Foundation and Clic Sargent. And tonight, it's the turn of Help the Hospices.

We've been finding out how the charity has supported one of the hospice services in our region - which, for one woman, has made a big difference to her life.
