Police are appealing for anyone who saw a fatal car crash at Witchford in Cambridgeshire to contact them.
The incident happened on the A142, at the junction with Sutton Road, when a blue Ford Fiesta and a gold Hyundai Tucson collided.
The passenger in the Fiesta, 35-year-old Sarah Gibbs, from New Barns Avenue, Ely suffered fatal injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a 17-year-old from Ely, suffered serious injuries.
