Center Parcs has announced that the new Woburn Forest village in Bedfordshire will open on Friday 6th June.
The development, which has taken two years to build, has more than 600 lodges and a 75 bedroom hotel.
The ITV Anglia region will become the first area of the country to house two Center Parcs holiday camps when a new site opens at Woburn Forest in the spring.
Center Parcs says they don't believe the new 250 million pound complex will be in competition with its other site at Elveden in Suffolk.
Around 1,500 jobs and numerous opportunities for local businesses are being promised by the holiday company Center Parcs, as it prepares to open its latest site at Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire.
The company, which already has a park at Elvedon in Suffolk, says last year was its best ever, with 97% occupancy across its accommodation.
