Chris Huhne has hired Harry Redknapp's legal team to fight allegations that the former energy secretary perverted the course of justice.
It all stems from a claim that he asked his ex-wife Vicky Pryce to take penalty points after a speeding offence in Essex back in 2003 on his behalf.
The trial is expected to start in the summer.
