ROAD: A127 SOUTHEND ARTERIAL ROAD , ESSEX
The A127 Southend Arterial Road is blocked at Rayleigh in Essex heading towards London by a serious accident. Traffic is at standstill between the A129 Rayleigh Weir and the A1245 Fairglen interchange.
