Plans for a straw fuelled Biomass plant near Snetterton in Norfolk have been approved.
The plant will produce enough power for the equivalent of more than 60,000 homes, by burning mostly cereal and oliseed rape straw.
Once the details are finalised, construction is likely to start next spring, lasting around 2 and a half years.
