Passengers travelling on Greater Anglia trains - which operate across East Anglia - are the least satisfied anywhere in the country.
The National Passenger Survey was carried out by the rail watchdog Passenger Focus between January and March.
The figures show that only 73% of people using Greater Anglia were satisfied with the service. First Capital Connect was also low in the national rankings with 79%. London Midland and East Midland both scored 87%.
East Coast had customer satisfaction of 89% and the best performing rail operator in our region was C2C with 91%.
