Wednesday 4 July is Day 47 of the Olympic Torch relay and the flame makes its way from Peterborough to Norwich.
After an overnight stop in Peterborough, it'll start its journey from the city's Guildhall Square at 7.10am.
The torch will venture into South Lincolnshire with legs in Market Deeping, Thurlby, Bourne, Spalding, Moulton, Whaplode, Holbeach and Long Sutton.
The first port of call in Norfolk is King's Lynn and then South Wootton before it goes to the Royal Estate at Sandringham.
After that it's West and East Rudham, Fakenham, Holt, Cromer and Aylsham as it wends its way to Norwich for evening celebrations and the lighting of the Olympic cauldron.

Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton carried the Olympic Flame as it passed through Luton on Day 52 of the Relay.
The Olympic Torch made its way through Bedfordshire, including the usually quiet village of Cotton End.
