Police have charged two 18-year-old men from Romford with obtaining services dishonestly after they were stopped by security staff at Suffolk's Latitude festival.
James Dowsing, of Browning Close in Romford, and Jake Knowlden, of Lulworth Drive in the town, were charged with 'obtaining access by a dishonest act' - without paying.
Dowsing was also charged with theft and possession of cannabis. Both men are due before Lowestoft Magistrates' Court on July 31.
So far more than 30 thefts from tents at the festival near Southwold, have been reported and seven thefts from individuals.
During the weekend two men from Hertfordshire were arrested on suspicion of possession of a drug with intent to supply. Both were bailed until August pending further enquiries.
