Four people were taken to hospital today (Sunday 22 July) after the boat they were in sank just off Lowestoft harbour in Suffolk.
The RNLI lifeboat were returning to their base when they spotted the diving vessel in trouble. The coxswain of the lifeboat said he had never seen a boat sink so fast.
